well, i must say, i would have loved to give a glowing review, but changing my room to one with a view blocked by the roof was quite shocking. also, having to deal with a shower that alternated between boiling hot and freezing cold was just delightful, not. The hot pools being unavailable was just the cherry on top.

Our two-room lake view suite was stunning. The king bed offered a relaxing spot to enjoy magnificent views. Staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay even more memorable.

Our stay in the Executive Double Lakeview Studio was epic! The room offered a spectacular view of the lake that absolutely made our mornings. We enjoyed room service breakfast, and nothing beats the lovely staff who memorized my morning coffee order—Jack was a gem! Plus, we were just a hop away from delicious local spots like Taupo Thai Restaurant.

Now, on the flip side, the check-in experience was a bit of a shambles. Despite calling ahead about my kids, they seemed clueless and downgraded our room where we had to pay the same for a lackluster space with no view. A bit of a bummer, but it didn't ruin our overall vibe!

Spacious room, lovely balcony. the kitchenette was functional with a microwave and fridge, while the outdoor dining area offered a nice atmosphere for breakfast.

Had an awesome time with friends! The view was killer, and we enjoyed chilling at the pool after our adventures at Craters of the Moon and cycling the Great Rides of New Zealand. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfy. Great spot on the lake and close to local spots.

One downside was our room was a bit smaller than expected, which felt a bit cramped for our group, but we made it work.

Staying at the Suncourt was a delight with the spacious Executive Lakeview Studio offering breathtaking views of Lake Taupo from the balcony. The room was well-equipped, featuring a modern kitchenette and a comfy bed that made for a restful night. The on-site Lake Bistro provided delicious meals, and the staff were accommodating, adding to the pleasant experience.
